First Five Implementers Program

The program seeks five design partners: one agent framework, one independent world SaaS, one regulated vertical, one open-source project and one control plane not operated by MiteClaw.

Each partner starts at C0/C1 discovery and safety posture. The program provides the schema, fixture corpus, conformance runner and an issue template for incompatibilities. Participation does not require a hosted MiteClaw account, commercial agreement or transfer of domain authority.

Success is an independently reproducible conformance report and documented interoperability lessons, not a marketing logo. Effect-capable integrations remain outside the program unless their own approval, receipt, rollback and domain-security gates are independently met.
